Need to upgrade my Printer

Hi there,

We are using E180 Mini Pinter in our factory where we design Gothic long coat clothing from last couple of months. It was working smoothly but due to some technical issue, it stop working now. Do you know from where I have to repair this model or should i need to upgrade this model after repairing?

Any help would be really appreciated.
