Weird screen display

The drivers on the motherboard keep shorting out. I have someone from Geeetech looking into it, but if anyone knows the solution then that would be great. I've gotten new drivers, replaced the motherboard, and the last thing I heard from them is that it might be a faulty power supply. Any thoughts?appvalley tutuapp tweakbox
