Calibration of A30T extruders

I decided to measure the extrusion distance and when measured on the second extruder, it extruded 93mm. I changed the settings, but now the problem is that the first extruder extrudes 106mm, and the second and third as expected 100mm. Why the distance is different is not clear. Now I'm thinking how to change the settings only for the first one. Can anyone come across this or can the support team be able to suggest something?
