A10 Maximum Print Speed

Does anybody know what limits the A10 print speed to 60mm/sec? I imagine the X/Y steppers can go faster, so I'm assuming that the speed is limited by how fast the hot end can heat the filament. Has anybody tried a higher powered hot end, and did it allow for faster printing?
