2 Month !!! 2 month i'm waiting for my superplate....( Order NO:20210120035821466)
I do mail to customer service ...it give me a track number : don't work
I do a second mail same thing....
I'm trying here ...

You sell your 3 printer with a crappy flatness 3d bed , and you don't send the superplate to upgrade your printer...wtf?
