X axis overshooting

Hello, I received my A10M 3 days ago and I'm still trying to figure out how to correctly level the bed but I ordered a 3D Touch at thhis point I gave up.
Each time I was sending something to print to test my bed leveling, the X axis would make a line all the way across the X axis but when it reaches the end the motor continues going for half a second and makes a really loud noise. My limit switch is functionning properly but it sticks out a bit (I never touched it but maybe this could be a production error which influences the axis) so I thought maybe since the limit switch sticks oout it registers it too far and overshoots its values? I don't know somebody please help me.
