print just Stops moving when printing

printer was working great! but about 3 weeks age it just starting this stopping thing with heater still heating hotend and bed just stops moving i use simplify3d it locks up printer and software i cant get out of software or stop the printer from heating have to shut down printer and software to get out no error message in simplify i have the same problem if i use repetier host.. i do not know if its the CH340 driver or something in windows10 doing this any help or suggestions ?? i have tried everything i can think of reinstall drivers software nothing has worked
