The stock 2 in 1 out extruder is garbage I've found for any time you want to print multi colors. Oddly tho, I did find it worked pretty well for just single filament prints. But aside from the constant jams and stripping filament I really wanted a setup where I can have one nozzle with a larger diameter for certain situations and also be able to print with the normal .4 nozzle as well without having to swap nozzles all the time.
So I bit the bullet and upgraded my A20M to a chimera dual nozzle hot end.
Had some trial and errors getting it working and dialed in, but it's finally printing dual color/material prints reliably!

That's great! Could you post some information about wiring and fw upgrade? Thanks in advance!
