Initial Prints Are Stringy

I have just completed the build of my printer after a couple of hic ups along the way.
My first prints are stringy and mis shaped despite setting up using all the recommended settings. I'm using Repetier.
To me it looks as though https://snaptube.cam/https://9apps.cam/ not enough filament is being extruded while printing.

Any help would be appreciated. Go easy on me please as I am new to this.
