Horizontal "pits" are repeated on the 3D model (maybe not a wobbling)

Post by wazls » Tue Apr 14, 2020 1:32 am

On any model there are such "pits", how to solve this problem?

Note:
  • the 3D model's fan does not work (broken)
  • PLA plastic (temperature: nozzle-210, bed-55)
  • nozzle 0.4
  • slicer Cura 4.5
Thanks!

Hi, You can check whether the lower z-axis threaded rod is bent or caused by missing teeth,
Check whether the mechanism is loose and fasten it.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
-Everything will be fun!-Support all Getech printer.
-You can ask me the questions and I will kindly reply.

I printed out and installed this model while there are no deep pits. Apparently the Z axis isn't exactly perpendicular

Hi,

you can check whether the Z-axis threaded rod shakes.

If the fan is damaged, you can lower the temperature appropriately.

Just a little bit, minimal backlash to the left and right. I think this is not critical. So far the problem seems to be fixed, I hope for a long time.
