A20M Firmware Update error - only One extruder E1

Hello, I just discorvering 3D printting unniverse. Las week I have pruchase my first printer and I must have done something wrong when I updated the firmware for the BL touch, because I can see only one extruder (and only one is functional ) onthe A20M dual extrudor.

When I try to update using the firmware tool kit from the geeetech web site and the following file https://www.geeetech.com/download.html?version_id=238 .

The toolkit firmfware connect correctly to the printer but then I have the following error message : Please refer to enclosure below
Firmware used https://www.geeetech.com/download.html?version_id=238 & second test with https://www.geeetech.com/download.html?version_id=73


The I tryed the procedure mentionned in this topic (viewtopic.php?f=13&t=17181) using the arduino app and when I want to "televerser" the following marlin file I have this error message ?

Firmware used : viewtopic.php?f=20&t=17046 : 5.Geeetech A20M with LCD12864 - A20M_Marlin-1.1.x12864.zip

Marlin:45:14: error: U8glib.h: No such file or directory

Can you please help me to solve this problem ? From one way or another ?

Hi,you can try to reconnect the USB cable or change the port to try, and then upload again.
