First of all, the plastic stock extruder broke down and I had to change it to a stadnik aluminum MK8:

After that, the motherboard was replaced to Bigtreetech SKR 1.4 with step drivers TMC2209:

Printhead cable holder preventing creasing:

Bigtreetech TFT24 screen:

As a result, the printer began to work quieter, print quality increased, and managing a touchscreen and Wi-Fi is more convenient. Of course I lost about 15mm along the Z axis, due to the increased length of the hotend and 3mm glass on print table

Hello awesome build you have there. I am trying to print pc and nylon on my 3d printer so i would like it to get up to 280 degrees. What would i have to upgrade ? Would an all metal hotend like the e3d v6 fit on the stock mk8 extruder ? And should i get the All metal kit for the Mk8 or should i get an all metal bowden ? And what else would i need to upgrade ?
Looking forward to a reply
Best Regards, Maxim

Hi!
You've done a great job!
Could you tell about building firmware for btt 1.4? Especially e3dv6 hotend params - thermistor number and tft params and steps per mm.
It's marlin?
Thanks!

I'm not sure I got your question right, but you have to completely redesign the extruder mount (bracket), it’s impossible to install the e3d v6 on the stock mk8 extruder

my configuration files for Marlin 2.0.4.3. I did not update the firmware to 2.0.5.3 since everything works well
