Settings etc on extruder size change

Hi all,
I am new to 3D printing.
I have been printing items from online websites for practice, but I wish to take it further by printing items with smoother faces than possible with a 0.4mm extruder head.
If I change my extruder head from 0.4mm to 0.2mm or 0.1mm, what settings will I need to change?
I am using a standard I3 Pro W machine straight out of the box, with the only adaption being on the Z axis to get a smoother finish.
The installed software is downloaded from your website, for EasyPrint 3D Version 1.2.6.

Hi, If you change the nozzle diameter,
Need to correspondingly change the nozzle diameter setting in the slicing software,
Floor height setting,
Layer height generally does not exceed 80% of nozzle diameter.
