New a30 hotend not working

I just set the printer up today, and the hotend worked for about 5 minutes then started cooling down. Now it will not heat up. Any ideas?

Hi, Are you referring to the temperature display on the screen?
Or the hot end itself?

You can check whether the hot-end connection is fully connected;

Use a multimeter to measure the thermistor at the hot end;

If you do n’t have a multimeter, you can unplug the hot end cable from the motherboard.
Check the screen temperature display. If it shows -14, it is determined that the motherboard is normal.

Thank you. Got it working. printing my first part now. Was a loose wire at the hot end.
