screw thread of the extruder wont work anymore.

Hi,

I tried to change a clotted nozzle of my printer. When I tried to install it I couldn't fixate the new nozzle because it is rotating without getting fixed in the Srew thread of the heating block.

Is there a solution? Can this be after just 2 changes. I bought the printer at the end of July 2019.

Where do I get spare parts?

Hi, Are you referring to the inability to mount the nozzle on the hot block of the hot end?
