How to successfully pause 3D printing and turn off
Hello! Tell me, please, is there any way to successfully pause 3D printing and turn off the printer completely, and then continue the next day?

Hi, What model do you use? It is best not to do this.

Hello.
Like William wrote, it's not a good idea. But that doesn't mean it's not possible.
The most important thing is that the model does not come off the ground. When this happens, it will not be possible to resume printing from the last position.
Therefore, not every type of material will be suitable for this.
You must also remember that when you stop printing and turn the printer off, restarting the printer will force you to perform a home operation. (to run to the reference points)
If the model is too large, it will not be physically possible.
To do this, you only need to know a few G-code commands.
You also need to know where (on which layer) the printout was stopped.
There are also additional devices that allow you to do this.
I was not interested in how this possibility was developed in them.
If you would like to learn how to do it yourself, I will help you with this topic.
