Stops moving all together partway through

Hello,
I have just got a new a10 a few days ago and been having trouble with it,
took me a while to get the heat and levelling all sorted but every time I do a print, it stops moving all together, regardless of printing off the SD card or through usb print on cura. it just gives up all together and I cant pause and start again as theres huges globs piled up in a lump an hardened, ruining the whole print.

Any advice or help please? or is this going in the bin as I don't fancy shelling out more money to ship it back.

Sounds likely, the fans did go ballistic when it stopped, any hints on how I could sort it, would getting some thermal pads on them help? or just take the cover off altogether?
