Loading filament into Extruder #2

How do I get the filament to feed into the second extruder? Using the display you can only access extruder 1. No mention of extruder 2. This is for an A10M.

I understand the mixing and that this is done at the display. My question is how on the A10M do I get filament from the spool down to the hot end? The display has an option "change material" but it only controls E0. Nothing controls E1. How do I get E1 to feed all the way down to the hot end so I can then mix. I pulled the lever back up at the feeder, but that only gets the filament to the feed gear, note all the way down the tube.
Cura allows you to assign extruders to selected models on the plate.
