A30 - No power on extruder module

Hello,

I have a problem with the extruder module on my new A30. There is no power to the extruder heater and the measure temperature is always 0.
When I try to heat the extruder, nothing happen.
I try to change the heater and the temperature sensor. Still the same problem.
I measure the voltage in the little extruder PCB module (the green part for the heater) and it is stuck to 0, even if I try to warm the extruder.

What can I try to fix this problem ?

Could you check your motherboard version?
I suggest you check the mosfet of the hotend and try to replace it.
