Hi guys,
I am new to the A10 and have a problem with the Z axis when trying to level the bed.
The bed seems way too high, or the z axis offset is way too low. When I try to level, the nozzle touches the bed, no matter how low I turn the bed (as low as possible with the wheels. I am concerned about this, because I do not want to damage the bed (or the nozzle) ... which most probably happens if I can't resolve the issue ...
Is there a way to set the Z axis higher permanently, by hardware? I have not found nd a way to move the z axis upward manually, the motor blocks somehow all the time, disable stepper motors does not help with this? All axis move correctly, otherwise, when controlled by the stepper motors, so, it is seemingly just the offset of z axis way too low.
I tested also firmware 1.1.9 and still, when I start to level, the nozzle bumps into the bed, no matter, if I upped z in the home position. So I guess this does not set an absolute offset?
I am really new to 3d printers and this model, so I am kind of clueless, what to do?

That was fast!
I somehow got it working the hard way, I used the 1.1.9 version (aarli version hex) and got somehow around the issue by very carefully leveling out the bed using a constant Z. Then stopping the steppers and started in the middle moving the head around to the edges successively until I adjusted the bed as good as possible, so I guess I did quite good, I made another run with the 9-point leveling to adjust by software/firmware z-movements and got away with minimal corrections and am just printing my dog and it runs seemingly good so far.
Nevertheless, your answer is very valuable to me, I do want to get away with as little correction from the software side, and the hardware correction might let me set up the printer with future firmwares more easily or at least faster.
It took me a lot longer to get this thing running, than I expected. I set up a small laser engraver with the same chipset and somehow similar principles and did not expect the printer to be that much more work ... I was also frustrated because the mounting of the PSU and the filament holder didn't work because the screws for the psu were too short in practise and the ones for the filament holder were missing ...
But with all workarounds it works now.
I have another question still, but will open another thread with according title.

I am a bit confused about how to adjust this software wise (adjusting the z-axis offset). How does this work? Would really appreciate if somebody could explain step by step on what to configure through the LCD.
