Filament runout sensor - internal switch

Hello,
my filament runout sensor is broken. Did anybody know which switch (part-no, type, manufacturer) was internally used on the PCB?

It seems like an endstop module.
Maybe you can use an endstop make one of them
Or you can find the filament runout detect stl file on thingiverse.com
