I was flashing firmware because my printers (Prusa I3 Pro B) Y axis was working in reverse, and it encountered an "unknown error". Now I'm worried that I have broken the board forever.
Is there any way to factory reset the board? I'm trying some things with the Arduino software with little success so far.
Arduino gives me "avrdude: stk500v2_ReceiveMessage(): timeout"
I was flashing "Marlin.ino.with_bootloader.mega.hex" whereas I think I should have flashed "Marlin.ino.mega.hex", so I think the bootloader may be the problem.
I am using a MacBook Pro 2015 with Mojave to do the uploading.
If it is not possible to fix how do I go about getting replacement parts?
Bricked Prusa I3 Pro B, anyone understand how to fix firmware?

Takes a bit of expertise, but possible with an ISP (USBTinyISP) or Arduino (nano, etc).

If you cannot do it, just buy another GT2560 A+ board, it's not that expensive, luckily.
