Firmware 1.1.8 for i3 Pro C GT2560 A+ BLTouch dual Extruder

Adapted for a Pro C, on the basis of the Pro B version available in this section thanks to wwysocki.

The good news is the menu which now include the E1 and E2 parameters (Control / Motion) and ... ability to tune / feed them each with their own command / parameters.

Requires Arduino 1.8.x to be compiled/uploaded
