Can't print a thing

Post by diler35 » Sun Nov 18, 2018 4:35 am

I've some trouble with my new A10 that i recived today, i've been trying to print for 9 hours without a single success, every time i try it's end up by fail.
I've updated firmware for 3d touch and i did bed levelling correctly (according to youtube video), im using quality 3d pla filement but no printed a thing yet!
Beside hardware issues that i've posted some photos i thought this printer was a good choice but now i'm not that sure!!!

Hello.

In the video you have prepared, you can see that the head is still too high.
That's why there is a problem with adhesion of the first layer of filament to the surface of the heat bed.

So you use PLA.
OK.

To calibrate the extruder, ...
I wanted to write an instruction for you but forgive me ....

Which filament did you use for the test :?:
The one from the Geeetech sample or the one you bought separately :?:

;)

This is normal when you don't solve a problem with the adhesion of the material to the heat bed.
