remove print from bed

I have a e180 printer since last friday. An I already ruined two "blue tape".

Please show me the right way to remove my models from bed. I searched internet and found some ideas but all are for heated bed.

Can someone help me, please?

If your nozzle is too closed to the bed, and print model sticks too tight it might hard to remove.
Or you can use glue instead of blue tape.

What type of glue should I use? Directelly over bed?

You can use a glue stick over the Bluetape. You can use painter crepe too.
Don't print onto the bed directly!
