I think you can check the voltage of the driver(A4988) of Y-axis, I guess it's a little low, increase it to 1.0V to have a try.

Hello, I have return to try with the printer, I have tried to set 1.0V but I can't, the voltage is always 0V or 4,8V. Perhaps I need a new ATmega2560 because mine is damaged.

What about the other drivers? I think is the Y-axis driver broken.
