i3 Pro A nozzle

Post by symowallo » Mon Feb 19, 2018 7:04 pm

I'm having great difficulty with printing on my i3 Pro A, so I've decided to change out the nozzle. I am assuming it's a 0.4mm M6 nozzle, and that it needs PTFE tubing with an 0.4mm OD and 0.2mm ID.

How far does the PTFE tubing go? Does it go all the way as far as possible at the end of the nozzle, then up through the heatblock and partially into the feeder?

The specification filament of i3 pro A is 1.75mm then I guess the PTFE is 4mm OD and 2mm ID?
