Have finally managed to get the printer working by changing to yet another hotend.
Yet although having set the minimum and maximum speed and steps to make it possible can not seem to get the printer to speed up printing by using the pot control while printing. What is the method or adjustment to make this possible.

Hi,you can increase the value of printer setting in the Repetier Host to increase the printing speed according to your actual situtioni.

Have tried that still does not work, even the firmware is et up correctly and has such values declared within it.
If the maximum printing speed stated in repetier host exceeds that set within the firmware would it by error not go beyond minimum?
If I am using the wrong pins file for the board will it cause the same error?
