Defective gt2560 board on i3 B acrylic
Defective gt2560 board on i3 B acrylic
Hey everyone, so about two weeks ago i received my i3 kit. I put it all together and once that was said and done i could not get the extruder to work ever. I tried everything and just before i was about to give up i decided to swap the extruder driverboard over to the next slot and change firmware accordingly and presto all worked well. Been printing from the sd card ever since. A couple of days ago i tried printing over usb and that too was a horrible failure. Connection was intermittent and just unreliable. I had noticed this already when flashing firmware but i wrote this off to a poor usb cable. Now after having tried multiple cables on different pc's and two different raspberry pi's I'm now fairly certain that the serial connection on the board is broken too. I bought my machine from geeetech official store and the seller told me that technical support would contact me but that has been 12 days now without a word. I would love to know how i can get my board fixed!

Have you sent an Email to geeetech?
I bought my i3B from them on Ebay, it came with some bad parts. After Emailing them i had the parts 10days later *they came from China*
