I got my Mecreator 2 printer on the 2nd of December and when I tried to solve another problem, I saw that the nozzle outside layer was broken:

Normaly, it should be delivered like this :

For the moment, it doesn't seem to impact the printer but who knows...
Can I reasonably ask Geeetech to send me a new part as the problem was not seen during the final quality check?
