Major Z axis problem

I have a Prusa I3 Pro X with a GT2560 board. The printer worked great. I dont know what i did. I was messing around with the firmware and now my Z axis will only move down. It will not move up at all. I will hit the end stop and stop. But if I try to home it again it keeps trying to go down even when it already home. any help will be greatly helpful.

You can check if your Z endstop has a good connection to the "Z_min" slot on the board.
And try swapping the endstop with the one of other axis to see if the issue transfers.
