I'm a new user with a me creator 2 printer

I have a problem to print with her

All my print have a decalage

First problem : when i moove Y axe he stuck you can see here

2nd problem : i update firmware and the printer still won't print in the center

Same after i try this Navigate to Y0 X10 Z0 and reset home offset

Hi,
You can check if there is some deformation on your Y axis(the shell,the bearings on the rods and the rods).
And try moving the Y motor after turning the printer off to check if you can move it smoothfully.
