how to run a single steppermotor with a gt2560 board?

I bought the gt2560 + ramps board to control only some steppermotors, no endstops or sensors nothing else.

How can i let them run without Marlin? What is the pinout i have to use to control the ramps?

I want then to run fullspeed clockwise all the time, that's all. How can i accomplish that with this board?
