Damaged G2s Pro Diagonal Rod

Hi,

I purchased a G2s Pro kit from eBay seller "squaremart" and the kit was delivered from Bremen, Germany on 23rd June 2016.

Unfortunately I have noticed that one of the diagonal rods has a crack. This appears to have been caused by forced insertion of the bearing assembly. I have attached an image of the cracked rod.

Please can you replace this faulty item?

So sorry for that trouble.And i'm afraid that you'd better contact the seller first where you bought the 3D Printer,cuz we don't know how to send it to you,and we'll arrange for the delivery as soon as we can if the seller is our agent.
