firmware upgrade failed

I did a firmware upgrade on my GT 2560 and now I have two line of squares on my LCD, and can't do any thing with it.
I have tried to redo the upgrade but nothing happens just the same screen PLEASE HELP ??????

I think you must have installed the wrong firmware, please check it agian!
