Issues with new build

Submitted to support twice now. No response in two weeks!

While assembling printer I found a broken part:

Also found both L410mm smooth rods, No.3, to be oversize. Sorry I do not have a metric caliper. L410mm rods are .314 inch. All other smooth rods are .311 inch. At .314 inch the L410mm rods will not go into the X-axis idle end or X-axis motor end. The L410mm rods just barely fit into the Linear Bearings of the X carriage. They are so tight the rods do not turn in the bearings.

then you need to contact the sales to get the replacements.
