Adding fan for nozzle cooling

Can the unused 12v header pins next to the extruder and control board cooling fan connectors on the aluminum Prusa i3 sanguinlololu board be utilized for a nozzle fan ? If yes, would a 12v 0.1A be OK ? Thanks

I'm beginner too.
I found a documentation for GT2560 (for prusa i3 Pro B), i "understand" 5A max on PWM-FAN connector
I designed a part to add 3 fans (12v). I want to plug all on PWM-FAN and my question is:

How many power can i use on this connector (amp) ? I don't want burn my motherboard,
