All three axises have message--- endstops hit

My 3D printer has problem recently during the printing, all three axis movements stopped and shows message endstop hit X, Y and Z respectively. When click “home” button, it will go home position, when click +X or +Y or +Z direction, it does not move, but shows message “endstop hit…”,
I read related posts in this forum and did not find good solution for it. Please instruct me to solve the issue step by step, because I am not a computer guy / electrician.
