upload and CHANGE firmware

hello,

can you explane how to upload and CHANGE firmware?
when i upload it i see different lines like steps/mm etc. in the firmware.
can i change the line by just typing something different in that place or do i need special M command to do it.

Find the settings you want to change in the tab configuration.h of your firmeare and refer to the link here to up load it:
