Missing Parts

My printer arrived today with missing parts and one threaded rod too short .I bought a new rod however the Z Motor support plate NO.A6,A7 We're missing along with Y motor fix plate NO.A13 .Printer was bought from http://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/industryfactory
