Luckily my girlfriend has a windows os computer i connected the printer to hers. Well connecting was easy but i cant keep using it forever because she is also using her computer for work. So im looking forward to getting the printer working with my mac.

Hi,rache
If your mainboard type is Sanguinololu, you can refer to this page:
http://dcgtek.blogspot.com/2013/04/sett ... n-mac.html
If you want to control the printer on mac, you should intall Repetier for mac first:
http://www.repetier.com/download-now/
Open Repetier-Host, choose correct port and Baud rate(250000) in "Pinter>Printer settings".
If you are not sure which port is correct, unplug the USB cable, then plug it again, the new port name in option of "Port" is the one.
