this cubic has distort in Y-Z axis (look slope but truly must vertical )
How I fix or setting this ?

2. I test many file some of them it occure on first layer
The problem is first layer not attach with hot bed in some area ( especially on the corner )
so on the next layer will make bad print .

Decrease the layer height (except first layer), there will be less holes or even no hole.
As for the sharp part: When printing the sharp part, you should lower the printing speed.
But when printing the top, it can't print perfectly because its area is too small that the nozzle melt the printed part.

Fill density is too high, lower it to 25%.
Extruder width of first layer is all too high, lower it to 200%.
Please tell me Estep displayed on LCD . (Control>Motion>Esteps/mm)

I will try to print a model with your slicer settings. You changed so many parameters. And I will tell you how is my model with your slicer settings.
