Just got internet back, all it does is give me a time out error when i try and upload it

so the extruder motor now turns everything works just fine but i tried doing a test print of PLA at 200c (PLA's melting point is 180) and the stepper motor started skipping.

my extruder stepper is at 1.1 volts and moves just fine without filament, and it will push the filament just fine till it gets to the part that heats up and then it starts skipping, like the hole is to small or something, Its completely clean to.
