What you call agent is in reality a reseller he bought from you and sell it again. An agent is in commercial english dictionary an official representative. So when you said he is an agent you are supose to work with him.
Coul you clearly said yes or no you support my product buy from what you call and agent? It will be clear for me and other futur buyer where to buy it and if the 20$ is worth the no warantie on the product.
