Hello

I have done it as you described.

There is not LED light neither when connected 9V nor when connected 5V.

I am so sorry to hear that.
Could you please measure the voltage between the slot of 3.3V and GND when you supply 5V DC on the slot of DUE? I enclosed the picture. Waiting your reply. Best regards.

Hello

There is only 1.85V on 3.3V pin when 5V is supplied.
