Hi Gerry, the printer will reset when connecting the USB cable to a computer but not when disconnecting it, even with printer PSU on. But I usually don't have it connected. I found out about the BL Touch working fine when I was testing different firmware. The noisy fans must be even more annoying than the flashing probe. I did go for as quiet fans as possible as long as they move enough air. I don't think Sunon maglev is really the most quiet one but it has a very long lifespan. I think the most quiet fans with long lifespan is the fluid dynamic bearing. But as all quiet fans, low rpm comes with a lower airflow / static pressure, it's a compromise.

Hi Wes,
Thank you so much for your brilliant work on adapting Marlin on the i3 Pro B.
Just a question. Which software should I Install?
Marlin-1.1.9_bugfixes_02102019 or Marlin-bugfix-1.1.x
Kind Regards
Luca

Hello, I allow myself to posted on the forum because, I installed a bltouch on my printer and inject firmware 1.1.9 bltouch marlin.
Despite more try I end up with several problems,
the x axis (extruder) bangs on the bed,
the Y axis types on the front of the printer
the z axis types on the right side of the printer.
would you have a help / solution for this problem?

Hi, You mean that the bl touch has been properly calibrated,
but the height of the print to the second layer is elevated?
You can check if your z-axis screw is set correctly.
You can refer to this specifically: viewtopic.php?f=66&t=69776
You can provide specific videos so that we can better solve.

Greetings from Spain.
I'm a little crazy with the configuration.
First, thank Wwysocki for the Marlin.
I have a gt2560 a + board, and bltouch, thanks to the photos I know it's well connected. but my problem is that the rod does not come out, at the beginning he checks out and retract, a couple of times.
all axes move correctly when I make perfect g28, but ...... when the probe rod does not come out it does not know where the hot bed is and it crashes.I can't get the sensor to act. I do not know what else to do.
thank for all.
sorry for my english, but I use a translator.
