We got it. Its a duel feed extruder. We only had filament on one side. The top of the dog uses the second feed.

Perfect timing on this question. I just printed the dog last night and had the same issue when I took it off. Couldn't figure out what happened. Yup, I only loaded extruder 1.

How do I get filament down to the hotend of an A10M? The display only knows e0. When I do Change filament it does eo, nothing about e1.
