Just checked https://www.simplify3d.com/support/prin ... s-and-zits

There appears to be three main reasons (from that site and what comes to mind):
* Nozzle is worn out - replace it with a new one and check again :)
* Over-Extrusion at the point where two shell perimeters meet - probably try slightly reducing steps/mm for the Extruder or calibrate it again
* Issues in the z-hop configuration, tho I don't see why there should be z-hops on your vase test-print :)

I dont think I have used it enough to have worn out the nozzle, Calibration done and yes no Zhop needed in vase mode. If you look its only when it gets to the more complex part of the vase, I think I am just going to fast But today I am just experimenting with 0.2 mm nozzle, Just messing with the last of the Filament roll, so funny A cube gonna take 12 hours lol But just want to see what happens, I increased the temp and lowerd the speed right down to compensate for the smaller nozle.

When the last of this roll is gone I will go back to the vase and slow it down, gives me chance to jump into VR and play some Blood and Truth while it prints.
