My Prusa i3 Pro B's extruder stopped working.
I tested the motor and cable on another slot, they work.
I swapped the A4988 with another one, it works.
So the problem comes from the board.
I moved the cable as well as the A4988 to the unused 4th slot. I swapped the three pin numbers (E*_STEP_PIN, E*_DIR_PIN, E*_ENABLE_PIN) under "Ultimaker Pin Assignment" in pins.h, then flashed the firmware.
It still doesn't work.
Any ideas?
Thank you

Re: Extruder not working
Hello everyone! I have a prusa i3 pro B mk8, I have the same problem as other users who write, after several tests I understood that the problem (probably) is in the firmware, I updated the Marlin.ino firmware with arduino 1.0.1 as recommended, but my machine continues to have 3mm of filament setting when I need it to be set to 1.75mm. How can I changing that parameter? thank you very much.
Re: Extruder not working
Hi, You can change it in the consumable diameter setting of the sectioning software.
