Why isn't the firmware compiling

I have followed guides on here for my A20M, to update the firmware

the result is this

ou wouldn't have an idea as to why a firmware wont compile for the GT 2560 board ,,, even though you get the correct firmware and do all the right steps..
using Ardrino 1.8.5
uing firmware for the A20M with LCD V 1.1X12864
have the correct com port
using in board manager Ardrino/ Geuino mega or mega2560
